How Can severe Gastric Pain Be Treated?

Dear doctor, From last three years i am suffering from gastric pain , firstly i was diagonsed with stomach ulcer ,,, then after that always pain in area of heart, left hand knee, left hand shoulder , i was consulated internist done test cholesterol normal , liver normal, kidney normal, uric acid 6.5 i tried everthing not be constipated, drinking water a lot , taking juices till today my digestion problem not resolved. major problem is gastric pain only area of left hand up & need some times hearburn- please suggest

When such symptoms of gastritis occurs, pantoprazole like antacid can be prescribed for that...

Green leafy vegetables, fruits consumed more..

As acid reflux is also associated rule out Hiatus Hernia by endoscopy or barium x ray

Hence endoscopy will be beneficial for your case

Rule out h. Pylori infection also by urea breath test and biopsy when endoscopy done

If no organic cause found and if you are taking excess stress then it also might be the reason for gastritis
